Bring presentation sources and room peripherals into a clear BYOM workflow.

The meeting workflow comes first

Define how guests present, how a room computer uses the conferencing peripherals and how a laptop takes over for BYOM. Treat display routing and USB routing as parts of the same room design.

Nexus for room connectivity

Nexus21NEO and Nexus42NEO provide dedicated HDMI and USB-C switching. Nexus extension models carry the required connections across the room. Choose the switcher and extension pair from their documented connections and capabilities.

Wired and wireless choices

The WPG portfolio adds wireless presentation, with BYOM on WPG-650UPH-B. Select the gateway by the workflow and the country in which the system will be installed. WPG-100UP is the basic presentation model; it should not be specified as a BYOM gateway.

Network AV for connected rooms

IPE-245UDB-STZ is an option when the room also needs network video and Dante audio alongside UVC and UAC. Confirm the supported capture formats and peripheral paths for the proposed design.
